Today we celebrated this past year's achievements
with a fabulous day. It's called "Diva Day" and my upline, Aly Schilling recognizes her downline (us) for those with top
sales and top recruiting for the past Stampin' Up year! Although my team and I could not attend Aly's Diva Day in Rochester, NY on July 31, 2009, with help from Aly, we had our own "Diva Day" here in Covington, Georgia!!
Here are some highlights:
We started out with dinner at Tokyo's, one of the best Japanese Restaurants in the area (at least I think so…:-) My downline Sheila Ogletree is in the pink shirt, and Heather Miller is in the pretty multi-colored top.
Next, we went back to my Stampin' Studio and the girls opened up the card Aly had sent them, along with really enjoying the beautiful bamboo plant with a nice metal plaque on the front that says, "Heartfelt Stampers Diva Day 2009, and our name" Even some japanese candy and a fan which I embellished with our fabulous 1 1/4" striped ribbon…..so yummy!
In addition to the card and candy Aly sent the girls, I decided the framed momento was not enough, so I also made them a memo pad holder with a matching pen in the beautiful Melon Mambo DSP. In addition, I gave them one of those fabulous totes, mirrors, and nail files that were available at Convention.
We created this beautiful framed momento (inspired by Aly Schilling at the Diva Day celebrated by the other top winners in Rochester, on July 31st), using embossed stamps and final touches with Decor Elements on the glass.
And finally, of course my Diva's wouldn't be a Diva without their gorgeous Tiara's! Love them!!!
All in all, we had a great afternoon today, and I just wanted to say how proud I am of my girls! Great job ladies, love ya!!!
