More Quilted Cards

I am getting hooked on these fabulous quilt cards, so easy and so fun to make! Here is the same card in two different colors.

It's called a "pinwheel" quilt, so cute!  Did you notice only one has a sentiment?  I am leaving the other one blank until I get ready to mail it.  I think these types of cards are gorgeous and can be used for any occassion, don't you?

I love the colors in the "Simply Scrappin Spring Fever" pack in the Occasions Mini, the colors are so vibrant and gorgeous.  I used the base in Basic Gray, layered with Whisper White, and a splash of Daffodil Delight.   The pinwheel piece has the Basic Gray as the background, then the Melon Mambo and some DSP interlaced.

Now this one is using the "Berry Blossoms" DSP as the launch pad for this card.  Fabulous colors and papers right?

Because this one has a base of our fabulous Early Expresso as a base, I added some Whisper White inside as you can see in this view for easy reading…. 🙂

This one has the background paper in Wisteria Wonder from the Berry Blossoms DSP, and a splash of Lucky Limeade, with the pinwheel with 2 different DSP pieces from the same pack.

Hope you like it, please leave me comments and if more details (i.e. size of cardstock pieces, etc) please leave me a comment, and let me know.

Until the next  time, remember to hug the ones you love, none of us are promised "tomorrow"!
