Stamp Club Goodies

Here are a few pictures of what we made at our Saturday Stamp Club meeting:

Stamp class-1
Don't you love the skirt on this dress?  I "cased" the idea from Jill Olsen.  I love how it turned out.

Stamp class-2
Here is a close up.  I purchased some silk fabric, sprayed some really strong heavy hold hair spray on the fabric "after" I had ran it through the circle scallop die first.

Stamp class-3
Here is the second project we made.  I understand (from Diana Gibbs blog) that this project was shown at the January Stampin' Up Regional in San Antonio (bummer I missed that one).  Anywho, this is made with "regular roof flashing"  We ran the flashing through our Stampin' Up Ovals Die, then embossed it with out Stampin' Up Embossing Folder, and it work fabulously well.

Stamp class-4
I used the Fun Flowers die and cut the flower here (from flashing as well), painted it with metal paint, then used our fabulous Crop-O-Dile and punched holes on the oval metal piece like "buttah" and the center of the flower as well.  As you can see I added one of our fabulous brads to the center of the flower.  And the black bobble you see here is a "handmade" bead by me (teeheehee).  I also make custom handmade jewelry which I will post here in the next few days.  I used our "Chalkboard Decor Vinyl" and used the smaller oval from the "Ovals Die" to cut the vinyl out and peeled the backing and added to the center of our big oval.  With a piece of chalk (which was the hardest thing for me to find, 5 STORES before I found ONE pack…gheeeesh) and wrote Mom.

This will be a "plant poke"!  Have some questions?  Please do not hesitate to email me directly at: designzbygloria@gmail.com

Until the next  time, remember to hug the ones you love, none of us are promised "tomorrow"!
