Well, we had ourselves another fun time at this weeks Mid-Week Card class featured the "Field Flowers" stamp set. Can youy say, "Love it"!
And even more exciting was having a brand spankin' new stamper, the lovely Denise Wadley!! Here is a quick pic of Denise sharing her gorgeous card. Mind you, this was the "first time" she has been to a Stampin' Up Class!!
I gave her a quick few instructions, like how to use the SNAIL, where to place dimensionals etc, and "off she went", I tell you she is a natural and beautiful to boot. It was a joy to have her join us!
Here is sweet Fontainne. Please be in prayer for her, she is having "back surgery" because it's just givin' her "fits". I am praying for complete healing without the surgery, we know "God is good"!!
Here are two more of my "regular" stampers, I love them so much and I really appreciate the support they provide me. They are fabulous!!! Sheila on the left and the rowdy Mary on the right!
Onto the cards we created!
Love the embossing folders we used on this card (Flower Garden EF – 123113), and the colors we used are Not Quite Navy (cardstock – 100867), Whisper White (cardstock – 100730), and Crumb Cake (cardstock 120953). Love the combo, and you know what? The Island Indigo Ruffled Ribbon (122974) went perfect with it, and of course our fabulous matching Subtles Buttons (119745). Lastly you can see where we used the Scallop Trim Border Punch (118402) on the card to add a cute pop!
A quick larger view of the fabulous Embossing Folder, and how they give the card some added dimension and elegance!
Here is card number two, this card "really" does make me happy!
Can you say WOW, that is one gorgoeus card! I know one of my customers is going to love receiving this one as a "thank you" for their order this month!
Lastly, here is the 4th card we made. You know, just in case you haven't noticed, banner cards are "really in" right now, and I think this one definitely hits the mark, don't you?
Until the next time, remember to hug the ones you love, none of us are promised "tomorrow"!
