I mentioned on my previous post I was busy making swap cards for the TN Regional my team and I are going to on Saturday, September 22, 2012. What they don't know is I made them some goodies this week (hence why I was behind on posting). Here is a sneak peek for you. I made them 3 different items, so this is item number one.
You may or may not know this, but when we attend Regional or any major Stampin' Up Event it is a good idea to have a pen and paper, because they give us a ton of ideas, information,etc. So I decided to ensure my gals didn't miss anything, I made them all these cute note pads with a #2 mechanical pencil and a blinged up (you know I love my bling) clip to hold thier pencil in place….:-)
Here is a close up. Don't those pencils look like the real thing? But really, who carries around a #2 pencil and a pencil sharpener around anymore? I sure wish I had one of those cool sharpeners they had when I was in school. (yes I am aging myself, I admit I am old), anywho, they were the kind that were screwed to the wall and you had to raise your hand and ask permisison from your teacher to use it? Do you know what I'm talking about?
