All items in this kit is "Pre-Cut" for you and all you need to do is assemble it! How easy peasy is that? The price includes the perfect size floral foam that holds up your Lollipops!!
All you need to provide is your own SNAIL/double sided adhesive, or Tombow Multi-Purpose liquid glue.
