Champagne Stampin’ Mist

Sorry I have been MIA, was able to not get sick even though hubby and son have been sick twice this cold and flu season……but alas, it caught me this time……ugh……. 🙁

Anywho, I like to give my club gals a little something each month, and this month I decided they might like a bottle of our wonderful Champagne Shimmer in our fabulous mist bottles.  You know we "love" our bling, bling here in Georgia!

Here they are:

Mist

Thought I would share the recipe I used as well, so here ya go.

Directions:

Unscrew the top of the Stampin' Up Mister,  and  add about 5 to 7 drops of shimmer paint if you are using a eye dropper (personally I just pour directly into the mister and only just a bit) Use 70% Isopropyl Alcohol, screw the lid back on, and shake extremely well before misting. If there is paint showing on the bottom of
the mister  bottle, you need to shake it more.

Use some type of container with sides to it, this will prevent the mist from
spraying on things other than your project.  A box, etc., I line the container with paper towels, set my item on the towels, then spray.

When spraying, don't be concerned if you see water spots or rolling of the
paper. This is normal and the spots will dry and fade PLUS the paper will
flatten out as it dries. Just don't over saturate the product with the mist.
Allow items to dry thoroughly before using. They will dry quickly.

What amazed me was how smooth the paper feels, not gritty like you would think
glitter would feel. You really can change the look of a piece of paper or an
project item by misting it.
