Here is the 2nd First Place Card by Mary C. Can you believe she hand cut every single layer of the peacock?!! This was a woman who did not "like" (putting it mildly, I promise) hand cutting anything when I first met her almost 5 years ago. She would always hand me her projects to cut for her……boy has she come a long way or what?? Don't you love the Sunburst in addition to the peacock? WOW
