Indescribable Gift

I love to make cards for the "love of crafting".  Today I am sharing a card I made for a very special friend of mine…..Mrs Mary C.  Her brother passed away yesterday, it was such a sad, sad day for her, and for us, since we love her so much, and it breaks my heart to see her heart broken.  He was her only brother, and sibling left.

Ms. Mary is an absolutely precious woman, and as much as I love my momma who passed away October 2012, I love Mary like my second Momma.  When we moved here (Georgia) twenty three years ago, we had "zero" family or friends located here.  We immediately found a new home church, "Shiloh United Methodist Church".  That is where we met Ms. Mary, she immediately introduced herself, and as we say, "took us in" like her own family.  (That would be my husband, four children and me)!  Yep, she is a special woman, and I love her dearly, so I had to make her a very special card to let her know my heart was breaking with, and for her and the rest of the family.  Here is what I came up with:

Mary Card 1 I used the Stamp Set, Indescribable Gift.  Just precious!  So easy to emboss on Watercolor Paper, and then paint with the Watercolor Paintbrush. Easy Peasy.  Let me know if you want instructions on how I did this…….otherwise, here is a close up.

Mary Card 2

I added a flower to the bottom right corner from the Itty Bitty Punch pack and then of course some bling, bling, a pearl in the center.

Enjoy the rest of your day, your family, and friends, for you know what I always say……………

"Blessings, and until the next time, remember to hug the ones you love, "none of us are promised tomorrow! "
