Have you counted your blessings lately? We sure have, and they are so many to be thankful for, so I thought I would share them with you, along with a cute lil turkey I made for my family on Thanksgiving.

I of course had to make some kind of goodie for our special family and guest to enjoy, besides turkey and all the fixings. So I decided this little guy would do the trick.

Isn't he adorable? I used the Hersey nuggets, added some of our Petals and Paisleys Specialty Designer Series Paper around the belly. I punched out some scallops, a circle, a beak, and walla!

I ended up with 21 little gobblers, more than I needed, so I figured I could give the couple extras away to anyone who drops by in the next few days. The recipe and products used is listed below.
Hope your Thanksgiving was safe and blessed this year as well. Come back and visit soon!
Thanksgiving Hershey Nugget Turkey Recipe:
– Cut a strips of the Petals and Paisleys Specialty Designer Series paper into 1" X 3" strips. Adhere some fast fuse to one end of the paper, and wrap around the nugget.
– Punch a pumpkin pie, DSP, and Chocolate Chip scallop with the 1 1/4" scallop circle punch for each turkey. Stack them together using fast fuse, and trim the bottom of the scallops (I cut off about 5 scallops)
– Cut a 1/2" X 1/2" square piece of Pumpkin pie using your Stampin' Trimmer, score diagonally.
– Punch a piece of the tree from the Tree Builder punch to create the turkey gobble (you will need to trim it up a bit for a good fit).
-Some googlie eyes from any craft or hobby shop. I used the 5mm size here
