Varied Vases

Varied Vases Bundle

I am having so much fun playing with my new goodies, I didn’t know where to start, so I just picked the first one sitting on top of my pile, it was the Varied Vases Bundle.

In case you didn’t notice in the catalog this is a Million Dollar Achiever Stamp Set that Mary Fish helped create.  So sweet.  The stamp set contains 34 stamps, a super great bargain and I love, love, love how it coordinates with the Vases Builder Punch, and win-win if you ask me!  If you consider purchasing this product, do so in the year it is released to save 10% discount on the bundle.

If you regularly visit my blog, you know I like to create more than one card at a time to ensure I have a “stash” ready whenever the need arises, so I created two of these.  I changed up the card just a little bit, as you will see on the top of the 3 panels, one is punched using the Scalloped Topper Punch, and the other is simply cut in a slant with my Paper Snips.  In addition, I stamped the sentiment on one of the cards directly on one of the white panels, but on the second card I stamped it directly on the Lovely Lipstick card base, not sure which I like better.

I like to add a piece of Whisper White cardstock on the inside of the card if the color I am using for my base is dark.  I also like to add a little something, something on the inside to finish up the look.  Here you can see I stamped one of the bases and flower on the inside right corner.

Oh and did you notice the strip of Garden Impressions Designer Series Paper running down the center of the cardbase?  I am loving the new DSP, and the Share What You Love Artisan Pearls which I sprinkled on the Whisper White panels.

Thank you for visiting with me today, and I hope I have inspired you to go create something beautiful and sen it on its way to someone.  I know they will appreciate it as I appreciate you for stopping by.  I have included all the products I used on this project as well as measurements below for you.  If you have any questions, ever, please do not hesitate to drop me a note and I will get back with you as quickly as possible.

  1. What a lovely card set. You have inspired me to get some of that beautiful lipstick paper and do something similar for a “welcome to your new home” card. Thanks so much.
