Grateful with Blended Seasons
Thank the good Lord, today is another beautiful day in Georgia. While its still warm the humidity is down, and that is just super nice!
Because I was feeling a bit “springish” today, even though we will soon be entering the Fall season, I created this super, super easy card for you, plus I have some cool “tips” along the way. Let’s get started.

Artisan Textures Stamp Set
I started out selecting a piece of Designer Series Paper from the Tranquil Textures Designer Series Paper. I inked up all the edges with some Black Memento Ink and my Sponge Daubers. I will have the card details listed below at the bottom of this post.
I loved the paper, but since it was going to fly almost solo today, I felt it needed a bit more texture. So I grabbed my “go to” texturizing stamp set, Artisan Textures! Perfect, next I inked it up with some Balmy Blue Classic Ink, and stamped away. I have a picture of the two stamps I used on this project.

Here is a great TIP For you!
I like to use my dies and stamps and ensure I get the most use from them, and after stamping the sentiment from the NEW Country Home Stamp Set, which will be available in the 2018 Holiday Catalog on September 5, 2018, I decided it needed a pop of color. So I grabbed the smallest framed die from the Stitched Seasons Framelits Dies and cut out the same size die (smallest die) using some Basic Black Cardstock. Next, I cut the piece in half and added my Whisper White stamp sentiment on top, carefully leaving only a small rim of the black showing through. Boom! I just double the use of the same die to be a background border piece!

Another TIP for you, is to add some Clear Wink of Stella to you project, especially if you have handcolored it with Stampin’ Blends, Stampin’ Write Markers, Stampin’ Classic Ink Pads, etc. It will truly make the project just POP. I love me some Wink!
Another quick TIP, don’t forget to use other dies on your projects. Here you can see I added the bee from the Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits Dies. It needed a little something, something, and the bee worked perfectly!

TIP! Don’t forget to doll up the inside of your card for a finished and professional look. Also, use your Stampin’ Blend Markers to color in any of our light color embellishments, like the Pearls I used on this project. They were white, and I colored them with the Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blend Marker and it complimented my project perfectly. I am calling it done!
Thank you so much for visiting with me today, and I hope I have inspired you to go create something beautiful and send it on its way. I have included all the products I used on this project for you below, simply click on the product and you will be taken directly to my online store. I appreciate YOU and your business.
