Petal Promenade CASE the Catalog
I can’t begin to tell how much I truly love the Petal Promenade Suite. There isn’t anything about this I am iffy about, from the Petal Promenade Designer Series Paper, to the Petal Pink Rhinestone Gems, Beautiful Promenade Stamp Set/Coordinating Beautiful Layers Thinlits Dies to the Rose Metallic Thread. It’s just a stunning, stunning suite!
I decided to CASE (Copy, and Share Everything) the card on the lower left side of the catalog. I did change it up a bit, as the card in the 2018-2019 Catalog uses Petal Pink as the cardstock base. I switched it up and used Calypso Coral and Mossy Meadow as my card bases.
I love the softness the Vellum Cardstock gave the card in the catalog, I kept that aspect of the CASE as well. I changed the panel shown in the catalog where they are using a piece of whisper white cardstock stitched with pink thread to simply laying a piece of our oh so soft Polka Tulle Ribbon across the Vellum.
Another little thing I changed up was the gorgeous Petal Pink Rhinestone Gems, gosh these gems are gorgeous. I decided to try coloring them up a bit with my Calypso Coral and Old Olive Dark Stampin’ Blends, and it worked great! Yay!!
I love to finish off the inside of my card, and as you can see I let the Petal Promenade DSP do the talking, and simply added a 1/8″ strip of coordinating cardstock to the inside on my Whisper White Panel.
If you haven’t thought about the Petal Promenade Suite, I would recommend giving this a serious look!

Mossy Meadow or Calypso Coral Cardbases: 4-1/4″ X 11″, scored at 5-1/2″, 3-1/4″ X 3-1/4″ piece for the center cut die cut piece
Petal Promenade DSP: 4-1/8″ X 5-3/4″ panel, 5/8″ X 4″ for inside bottom of the card
Vellum Carstock: 3″ x 4-1/2″
Whisper White Cardstock: 4″ X 5-1/4″ for inside panel, and 2″ X 2″ for sentiment
Your CASE is fabulous! I have the stamp set, just got it…the Gems and the DSP, now I absolutely need to order the Framelits….not sure why I did not order earlier and save a bit of $$$$!!!! Oh well! Better late than not at all! Thank you for sharing your creativity with us! Enjoy your weekend!
