Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner

As promised, I am giving away some of these adorable Christmas Ornaments I created using the Signs of Santa Stamp Set.  We have TWO Winners from the comments left by some pretty fabulous ladies!

The Winners are, Kimberly W., and Barb O.  I will need you to email me your addresses and I will get these two cuties out in the mail to you quickly. You will have 10 days to claim your prize, otherwise, it goes back in the pot. 🙂  I hope you enjoy these cuties, and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.  Now let’s move on to my new project.

A Money Holder!

This is a perfect holder for cold hard cash!  I created several as I needed them for my much-loved hairdresser, bank teller, and dog groomer.  I have measurements for you below.

I used different types of Stampin’ Up designer series paper (Santa’s Workshop DSP, and Dashing Along DSP’s) to cover my money holders, and used our awesome Stampin’ Up! Cardstock for the actual holder.  The cardstock is a nice weight and I love using it for all my projects!

I have a belly band around the actual holder itself for some fun cuteness, and then on the inside, I stamped the Many Merry Thanks from the Dashing Deer Stamp Set.

Super cute, yet super easy!  Now onto the dimensions, but first, thank you for stopping by to visit with me today, and be sure to come back for some more fun, and creative ideas for the season!

Remember, create something beautiful, then send it on its way and make someone’s day!  Much love to you my friends!

Listed below are all the products I used to create this fun project, simply select the item below and you will be taken directly to my online store for an easy purchase, because you know I am all about easy!!

Money Holder Deets

Whisper  White Card Stock:  8-3/4″ x 7″, scored at 3″ and 6″ on the 8-3/4″ side,

Signs of Santa or Dashing Along the Lines DSP: 6-3/4 x 2-3/4

Belly Band: 1-1/2″ X 10″

Fold on score lines, add Tear-N-Tape to each side of the cardstock.  Cut a half circle using the 1-1/4″ circle punch.  Add the DSP to the front of the holder.   Stamp the thank you sentiment on the inside of the holder.

Using the cardstock for the Belly Band, fold over from the back to the front, and once you have the area where your creases will go, remove from the holder, and using your bone folder make some nice, crisp folds.  Again, using your Tear-N-Tape add some to one end of the belly band and fold over to secure it on your money holder.  Decorate the band using additional punched or hand cut items of your choice.

Blessings, and until the next time, remember to hug the ones you love, none of us are promised tomorrow!
