Origami Christmas Tree Cards
I’ve made these trees for a long time, but couldn’t find where I had ever posted about them so I decided to do that today. This is super fun and easy project you can put together while your sitting in front of the T.V.
Wrapped In Plaid DSP
This tree only has 3 layers to it, so I felt it needed to be “grounded” on something, so I added a 1/2″ strip of Gold Foil to the card and wrapped a piece of Curly Ribbon. I used my Golden Glitz Delicata Metallic Ink. I love all three of the Delicata Inks!
I used four strips of Wrapped In Plaid Designer Series Paper to create this tree, added a strip of Shaded Spruce Striped Ribbon. Again, I used the same Golden Glitz Delicata Metallic Ink on the sentiment from the Perfectly Plaid Stamp Set.

Wrapped In Plaid
Here is the last one I created, again using the Wrapped in Plaid DSP for the tree, Perfectly Plaid Stamp Set for the sentiment and the yummy Gold Shimmer Ribbon from the Christmastime Suite. It’s so much prettier in person. my photo does it no justice!
And as always, don’t forget the inside of your card to keep the coordination going. Ok, let’s get started on how to create these cut trees! See instructions below, however, if you still have questions, please feel free to drop me a note and I will get back with you as quick as I can.
Thank you for visiting with me today, I hope I have inspired you to go create something beautiful and send it on its way.
