Luv2stampinGa Team Meeting
We had our Luv2stampinGa Team meeting last Saturday, May 16, 2020. We are allowed to gather in the State of Georgia, so don’t panic, we practiced safe measures! We had such a great time fellowshipping, sharing, and creating some super fun make-n-takes! We created 3 different projects, but a total of 7 completed parts.
Team Swaps
Each time we gather for our team meetings, we participate in a demo-to-demo swap, each time we have some really fantastic swaps and this meeting was no different. Above is the photo of my swap using the NEW upcoming Blossoms in Bloom Stamp Set, In Good Taste Designer Series Paper, and In Good Taste Elements. I totally CASED the new 2020-2021 Annual Stampin’ Up! Catalog. I mean why not right? It has some pretty amazing projects created by some super fantastic Stampin’ Up! concept artist!
Pressed Petal Journal
The Pressed Petal Journal (retiring, so don’t delay in ordering before their gone) is beautiful all by itself, but I decided to doctor it up a bit with some gorgeous and coordinating Pressed Petals Specialty Designer Series Paper, 3/8″ Scalloped Lace Trim, Gold Glimmer Paper cut butterfly, and some leaves from the gorgeous NEW Forever Flourishing dies which coordinate with the gorgeous Forever Fern Stamp Set (buy the bundle and save 10%)!
The Pressed Petals Specialty DSP is cut at 2-3/4″ X 5-1/2″. I added some of the 3/8″ Scalloped Lace Trim Ribbon to either side of the DSP. I die cut my greener with some Pear Pizzazz Cardstock. The little yellow flower was stamped on Thick Whisper White Cardstock with Daffodil Delight and Pear Pizzazz Classic Ink and die cut with the Forever Flourishing Dies.
I tied a cute little bow using some Linen Thread and added it over the top of the greenery.
The final touch was a butterfly cut out of our fabulous, but retiring (boohoo) Gold Glimmer Paper using the butterfly die from Nature’s Thoughts Dies. I will be back tomorrow to share the other two projects we created.
Thank you for visiting with me today, I hope I have inspired you to go create something beautiful and send it on its way.
