Delicate Dahlias for my Team
Hello my creative and crafty friends, can you believe Fall is just around the corner? I am a Summer girl, but I do like the Spring and Fall Seasons. Winter, not so much.
I created these cards today (well, actually last night) for my team, I send them each month a handmade card and gift voucher for Stampin’ Up product based on their totals.
As you can see I decided to use the Delicate Dahlias Stamp Set and used Fall-ish colors.
Fall-ish Colors
As you can see I used Soft Suede, Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, and Cajun Craze Classic Inks. The Delicate Dahlias Stamp Set is a two step stamp. I used Thick Basic White Cardstock, Soft Suede Cardstock, and some Cork Specialty Paper. Oh yes, I also sprinkled some Brush Metallic Adhesive-Backed Dots on the card front.
The measurements for this project as as follows:
Thick Basic White Cardstock : 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″, scored at 4-1/4″
Soft Suede Cardstock: 4″ x 5-1/4″
Basic White Cardstock: 3-3/4″ x 5″, & 3/8″ x 2-1/4″ (sentiment)
Cork Specialty Paper: 1/2″ x 2-1/2″
I like to always bring the theme from my cards to the inside, here I stamped the Dahlia. I also stamped the envelope, which you can see on the first photo of this post.
Thank you for visiting with me today, I hope I have inspired you to go create something beautiful and send it on its way.
