You probably got here from Laura's fabulous blog, thank you for continuing on the hop. One of my favorite stamp sets retiring is "Vintage Vogue"……sooooo sad. Here is a quick card I made using the Vintage Vogue stamp set and the Finial Press Embossing Folder, which is also retiring.
In addition I used the luscious Concord Crush cardstock, and the fablulous 1/2" stiched Concord Crush Poly Ribbon. So yummy!
Did you notice my card has a nice surprise for the receiver? Yup, a corner bookmark! Don't you love it? I sure do, I think it's elegant, yet practical.
I used the Pinking Hearts Border Punch to create this cute greeting on the card, it also is retiring, be sure and order all you need now, as once they are gone, they are gone, Stampin' Up will not make any "more", so be sure and order today!
Here is quick pic of how to use the corner bookmark. Cool, right?
The next card is using one of my "most" used stamp sets, "Sincere Salutations"!! I mean I used it for just about most of my cards! I also used the Manhatten Embossing Folder, oh my, I LOVE this folder.
Create a very elegant card in no time at all, well at least I think so. I used Pink Pirouette Cardstock, and our lucious 5/8" Organza Ribbon.
Also used one of our large 8mm pearls to help with the elegance on this card.
Here is the list of items used on these cards:
Stamp Set: Vintage Vogue, Sincere Salutations
Cardstock: Concord Crush, Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla, Pink Pirouette, and Vellum
Ink: Concord Crush, Crumb Cake, Pretty In Pink
Accessories: Mat Pack, Manhatten Flower Embossing Folder, Finial Press Embossing Folder, Pinking Hearts border Punch, 8MM Pearls, Paper Snips, Paper Cutter, SNAIL adhesive, and Multi-Purpose adhesive.
Well thanks for stopping by and now please move on to Lydia Fielder's blog!
Until the next time, remember to hug the ones you love, none of us are promised "tomorrow"!

I am going back to emails I may have missed, and found this one. I will miss the purples (though I’m a Hobby Demo so can still use anything!)….and was so happy to see both of your cards…thanks for inspiring me!
