Graceful Garden

A team member of mine used the Graceful Garden and shared it on our Private Team Facebook page, and I loved it!  She inspired me to break my stamp set open!

Graceful Garden 1

I asked my granddaughter Kiersten what color we should use, she said, "well it's Fall, so we should use orange", lol.  She just turned 5!  God I love her!!  As you can see, I decided to color in my rose using Pumpkin Pie and some Peekaboo Peach Classic Inks.

I decided to give my Gold Embossing Powder some additional "Bling", so I mixed in some Dazzling Diamond Glitter, and I love how it turned out.  What do you think?

I wanted the rose to be the focal point on my card, but it felt plain with just the Pumpkin Pie Cardstock, so I added some tone on tone leaves to the background.  Just what it needed.

In addition, I wanted to ensure the Rose was the focal point of my card, so I cut it out, and popped it up on dimensionals.

I certainly could have used some of the other stamps in the set for my background, the leaves just felt right for this particular card.
