Today I inked up the Beautiful Peacock stamp set. It create such a lovely image, and I really like how all the colors just meshed so well together (in my humble opinion / imho). 🙂 .
I don’t know how, but after I stamped the peacocks body , it took on am almost ombre effect. It so cool. It has been a gloomy week here, overcast with bouts of rain, that I just couldn’t get a good pic. I better invest in some good lighting soon.
As you can see from the photos I used 2 different colors from the first layer. This one is the yummy In-Color Berry Burst. This color is so rich and bright, it makes me happy.Do you also see that sweet piece of Silver Glimmer Paper underneath the scalloped layer? I used the Petal & More Thinlit die.
Here is used the other yummy In-Color, Lemon Lime Twist. I just couldn’t decide which color I like more. I asked my hubby (he picked Berry Burst) and grandkids (they picked Lemon Lime Twist). Which color is your preference? I like them both, and I hope my customers who receive either one will like them too. This is my March customer thank you card.
Of course we always like to finish the inside to compliment with the rest of the card, it just make it look complete, would you agree?
