I created this cut pouch for my Home Decor Class last week. I used our Whisper White Cardstock to create the base. I have a FREE Downloadable Tutorial to helo you create this cute pie below.
So once I put the pouch together, I used my 1/8″ hole punch and punched a hole on the bottom to allow the rainbow lollipop to come out of the bottom. It worked perfectly!
