New Dandelion Wishes

New Dandelion Wishes Stamp Set

I just received the New Dandelion Wishes Stamp Set this week and inked it up almost immediately.  I created these two super simple cards with lots of color.  I needed a get well, and the other was just  a sentiment in the set I just love.

I created the same (well almost the same) card with two different sentiments, and cardstock.  This one was created on Thick Whisper White Cardstock for both layers.  I hope you will be able to see the difference in how the ink shows up on each card.

This card was created with the Glossy Cardstock as the top layer, and I love how “vibrant” my colors look on this card.  I used Bermuda Bay, Lovely Lipstick, and Mango Melody Classic Ink on both cards.  It’s kind of a gloomy, overcast day here in  Georgia, so I’m not sure my camera captured the color difference very well.

I love the font in the Dandelion Wishes Stamp Set, super cute!  I also used a sentiment from the Hand Delivered Stamp Set, can’t wait to ink this one up too!  Here I used the Layering Ovals Framelits Dies to first cut the top layer, the Stitched Shaped Framelits Dies for the sentiment, and popped up the top layer with some dimensionals.  Added the sentiment “inside the layer hole” with some Multipurpose Liquid Glue directly on my Thick Whisper White Cardbase.

I sponged both cards with some Balmy Blue Classic Ink and some quartered Stampin’ Sponges.  If you quarter the sponges like I do, you will get 12 separate wedges for only $3.50, an excellent value in my humble opinion.

Add some Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the dandelion centers and you have a cute and fun card.  Super quick, super simple.

I want to thank you for taking the time to stop by my blog today, and I hope I have inspired you to go create something beautiful and send it on its way.  You will most definitely brighten someones day!

I so appreciate your business, and for your shopping convenience I have added all the products I used to create these fun cards below, simply select the product and you will be taken to my online store.  I also have a supply list you can download below as well.

Blessings, and until the next time, remember to hug the ones you love, none of us are promised tomorrow!
