Blended Seasons Christmas
Are you tired of my Blended Seasons samples yet? This stamp set is so versatile and the images are just beautiful, I can’t stop using it.
Although “I” am not ready for to begin Christmas Cards yet, my customers are, and there interest, become my interest. That being said, I have began designing my first early Christmas Card Class now. I want my customers (and you) to have plenty of time to create their Christmas Card assortment, so they have more time enjoy the holidays, and not feel so rushed.
The layout for this card is pretty easy, and can be very easily duplicated. I would say the longest time would be in the coloring the holly with your Stampin’ Blend Alcohol Markers, but it is certainly something you can do while enjoying your favorite TV show, right?
Here I used the Under the Mistletoe Designer Series Paper as my jump off point to decide on the colors for my card. The Designer Series Paper has some Night of Navy in it, and I decided to use it as my cardbase. Then I selected the Blended Seasons Bundle for my images, and used the coordinating dies as well.
Did you noticed the Holly on the card? Yes, its a sneak peek of an upcoming product in the Holiday Catalog, which I know you are going to L-O-V-E! We have some gorgeous goodies coming to you starting on September 5, 2018!! Also, the small strip of Real Red Cardstock I used is cut with the die from the Bouncing Baby Framelits Dies, remember to check all your bundles, and think outside the box!
If you are one of my regular customers, and have purchased any product from me in the last six months, you will automatically receive a Holiday Catalog in the mail soon. If you are not one of my customers, and don’t have a demonstrator, be sure and sent me an email with your information, and I will mail you a catalog.
Here is a close-up of the holly, and not sure if you can see here, but I used the Light Pool Party Stampin’ Blend to color in around the holly image, I felt it made the image pop a bit more. Another item you probably noticed are those juicy “red” berries? Yep, we have some new Stampin’ Blends, Light and Dark Real Red, just in time for the upcoming holiday season. Thank you Stampin’ Up!!
I also used another product, which we use to carry several years ago and was sad to see it retire, has made a come back, and I am super excited because I love anything bling! Did you notice all the sparkle on my card? Well, it’s really there, and you will be excited to know you can create this gorgeous mist yourself with the Champagne Shimmer Paint and some 91% Isoprophyl Alcohol. If you can’t wait for the Holiday Catalog to create a mist of glimmer, simply open your Wink of Stella, pour the contents into a mister, add some Alcohol, shake and watch your cards simply glow with blingy happiness! You have options now!
If you are local to my area, I will be posting my card class in a few short days once I am done designing all my projects. If you cannot attend in person, I will be happy to mail a class to you, details coming soon.
Thank you for visiting with me today, and I hope I have inspired to begin your holiday stamping now, so you won’t be rushed when we are actually “in the season”!. Come back and visit with me often for my fun, and creative inspirations!
