Toil & Trouble

We will have to say good-bye to the Summer in a few short weeks here in Georgia, and I am just not ready.  So I decided to work on a project that might start to get me ready.  I pulled out the Toil & Trouble Designer Series Paper and got to work.

Using Toil & Trouble DSP ONLY!

I don’t have the Cauldron Bubble stamp set or the coordinating Cauldron Framelits dies, so I used my Paper Snips to help me pull these two projects off.  The paper is so stinkin’ cute, I mean the little cat and frog I snipped for my cards are just precious.  Look at this sweet faces!  Ha, love this paper!

I used some Gorgeous Grape and Smoky Slate Classic Inks to create the spooky sky.  For the “eyes” of the bats on one of the cards, I used a toothpick and some Whisper White Craft Ink, to get the teeniest spot for the eyes.

I took a close up for you to see the whites of the eyes.  Looks pretty cool in person.

I used the Trick or Treat sentiment from the Seasonal Chums Stamp Set.  There is still room on the left hand side of the card, where I didn’t sponge to write a cute note.  These are going to some of my 7 grandkids!

Thank you for visiting with me today, and I hope I have inspired you to go create something beautiful and send it on its way.  I have the dimensions of the card below for you as well as all the products I used to create these two fun projects.  You can simply select the product below or download the supply list.
