Double Easel Daisy Delight Fun Fold Card

Double Easel Daisy Delight Fun Fold Card

I am so excited to share the second card we created at my April Stamp Club gathering, its a Double Easel Fun Fold card, and I have a FREE downloadable tutorial for you too!

This card also packs a punch and looks pretty complicated but is so super easy to pull together.

Daisy Delight Fun Fold

This card uses several pieces of cardstock, here you can see I used Grapefruit Grove Cardstock for my card base, then Whisper White Cardstock for my second folding layer, and lastly some Daffodil Delight Cardstock for some accents.

I used the Stitched Labels Framelits die to create this fun texture on the Daffodil Delight Cardstock pieces.  Its an alternative to dry embossing and I love how it turned out.

Daisy Delight Fund Fold

As you can see from the photo above this project came together pretty easily and quickly, albeit looking a bit complicated.  You add the Whisper White Cardstock layer to the front of the Grapefruit Grove Cardstock base as shown, ensuring the two scored piece are on the front of the card and making the W shape.  I added the Daffodil Delight Cardstock layer over top the Whisper White Cardstock Layer.

I stamped the Daisies using the Daisy Delight Stamp Set on Whisper White Cardstock using Grapefruit Grove and Lemon Lime Twist Classic Ink, then punched them out with the Daisy Punch, and 1/2″ Circle Punch (for the centers).  The sentiment and daisy centers are stamped with Early Espresso Classic Ink.  The leaves are punch with the Leaf Punch using Lemon Lime Cardstock.

The last thing I did was stamp the inside of the 4″ X 5-1/4″ Whisper White Cardstock to complete the look.  Oh yes, don’t forget the envelope.

Thank you for stopping by to visit with me today, I hope I have inspired you to go create something beautiful and send it on its way.  Below is the FREE downloadable tutorial for you along with all the products I used to create this fun project!
