This past Saturday we had our Luv2StampinGa July 2019 Team Meeting, we didn’t have near as many as we normally do, but those of us that gathered sure had a great time.  Summer is such a busy time of the year, however, I always find time to scheduled my team meeting and come up with some fun projects in addition to discussing Stampin’ Up! business updates, etc.

Daisy Lane Framed Project

My dear friend and fellow sideline Cindee Wilkinson over at Just Sponge It shared on our team FB page a fun project/class she created using the Daisy Lane Stamp Set and a fun wood frame, so I decided to use the same project for my team meeting.  If you would like to purchase Cindee’s instructions for this project, please head on over to her blog HERE and send her an email request.

I did change up my project just a bit by changing up the colors and adding some Clear Embossing Powder to some of my daisy images.

Lots of punching, sponging, and laughing!

My team had many, many layers of flowers to punch, and sponge before they could even begin putting their project together.  This gave us time to catch up and share what we had been up to since our last team gathering.

To A Wild Rose

I used the sentiment from To A Wild Rose, which I stamped in Early Espresso Classic Ink on my project, and as you can see from the photo above, some beautiful Gold Faceted Gems.

Another fun thing I did on this project was to use the Detailed Bands Dies using some Granny Apple Green Cardstock, and then I also embossed the die cut piece of cardstock to give my focal point some punch.

In addition to the fun frame project, I also created a cute, quick card to go along with the frame in case you want to give it away as a gift us (and I sure will be giving this to my sweet friend Mary Clarke).

This card was super easy to pull together, and I love easy!.  We used the Daisy Lane Stamp Set for the sentiment and the absolutely gorgeoso Pressed Petals Specialty Designer Series Paper.  As you know, we had to finish up the inside of the card too, cause that’s what I do!
