Path of Petals Thank You

Quite frankly is there anything other than a-m-a-z-i-n-g to say about the Pressed Petals Specialty Designer Series Paper?  The picture above does not do it justice, also it’s a specialty paper, so the unique thing about this is you receive 24 sheets; 4 each of 6 double-sided designs.

The project I created today is to thank a dear friend of mine who took hubby and me out to lunch for my birthday, so I wanted to send a small thank you card.  I

Path of Petals

Albeit the card I created is super easy, it sure packs a big punch because of the gorgeous Pressed Petals Specialty Designer Series Paper,  I created a second one which I stamped with a happy birthday sentiment.  The Pressed Petals Specialty Designer Series Paper is probably some of the most beautiful I have ever seen, and I have already ordered 2 more packs because I do not want to run low.

The sentiment was cut with the coordinating Petal Labels Dies, and stamped with the thank you sentiment from the Path of Petals Stamp Set with Merry Merlot Classic Ink, the font is simply beautiful.

Shimmer White Stampin’ Emboss Powder

Did you see the Shimmer White Stampin’ Emboss Powder I used on the leaves on the top left and bottom right corners of my project?  It’s a little detail I felt my project needed, and it makes me happy.

Don’t forget the inside

I added a piece of Crumb Cake and Whisper White Cardstock on the inside of my card, and I used another sentiment from the Path of Petals Stamp Set as well.  Again, I just love, love, love the font!
