I love stamps that speak of God’s love, and this God’s Peace stamp set certainly spoke to me.  I started out with an 8-1/2″ X 5-1/2″ Piece of Thick Whisper White cardstock, scored at 4-1/4″ for my card base.

I cut a piece of Wrapped In Plaid 6″ X 6″ Specialty Designer Series paper to 4-1/4″ X 5-1/2″ and adhered it to the front flap of my card base. I cut a separate piece of 4″ X 5-1/4″ piece of Whisper White cardstock and cut out a frame with my Heirloom Frames, and I did the same thing with a piece of Gold Foil Paper.

I inked up the God’s Peace image with some Golden Glitz Delicata Metallic Ink (I absolutely love, love, love these inks), let it dry for a few minutes, then used my Real Red, Call Me Clover, Mango Melody, and Pool Party Stampin’ Blends to color in my image.

I adhered the candlelight image onto my card front with SNAIL adhesive, then added a double-stacked Stampin’ Dimensionals on my Gold Foil Embossed Heirloom Frame and adhered it over my image.

I stamped my sentiment on a 3/4″ X 3-1/2″ piece of Whisper White cardstock then backed it on a 5/8″ X 3-5/6″ piece of Mint Macaron cardstock.  Adhered the sentiment with some SNAIL adhesive directly onto my panel.

After I looked at what I thought as my completed card, I realized I needed a little something extra to make my poinsettia pop, so I added some Gold Metallic Pearls to the center of the flower and called this project done!
