Heartfelt Bundle Part IV
I’m back for the final installment of the Heartfelt Bundle projects I created. Today I have this adorable Petite Treat Bag which holds about 2 chocolate Hershey Kisses. A fun gift to give that won’t break the bank, especially if your workgroup has a ton of folks…. 🙂
I personally like to keep my project sheets in a binder where I can refer to them over and over again, and best of all, I don’t have to reinvent the wheel. That being said, I have a project sheet for you that you can download and keep for future reference. Let’s begin.
I used a plain piece of Whisper White Cardstock for visual purposes only. You will begin with a piece of From My Heart Specialty Designer Series Paper cut at 3-1/4″ X 5-1/2″, score on the 3-1/4″ side at 1-1/4″. Rotate 90 degrees to the 5-1/2″ side, and score at 1-1/4″, 2-1/2″, 3-3/4″, & 5″. Using your Bone Folder, crease all the score lines.
Remove the bottom right corner as shown in the photo above where the RED X is located. Then cut up each score line up as shown above marked in RED. Now we will add some Tear & Tape to the top right side (above where we moved the DSP on the right), and fold your bag closed. Adhered the bottom flaps of the bag together with Snail Adhesive, then pinch the top of your bag. You’re almost done. Add the candy of your choice to your treat bag, then close the top with either a staple or a piece of Tear & Tape (I used a staple).
Finally, using the NEW 1/4″ Whisper White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon, create a bow and add it to your treat bag using Mini Glue Dots. Now, you’re done! Super quick, super easy. You’ll have a ton of these cranked out in no time and your friends, family, and co-workers will absolutely love your thoughtfulness.
