Heartfelt Bundle Ensemble

I started creating with the Heartful Bundle and I couldn’t stop!  So I will be sharing these projects over the next couple of days.

I love me some Real Red

My most favorite color is purple, but my second favorite is RED!  The New From My Heart Specialty Designer Series Paper is so yummylicious and because it’s “specialty”, it has some extra goodness, lots of texture with foil on the papers.

I started my project with a Real Red Cardstock base I cut at 5-1/2″ X 8-1/2″, and scored at 4-1/4″.  My next layer is a piece of 4″ X 5-1/4″ Whisper White Cardstock I ran through my machine using the NEW Parisian Flourish 3D Embossing Folder, which gives my project a stepped up elegance.  The impressions are simply amazing!

I adore the beautiful and silky Real Red 3/8″ Double-Stiched Satin Ribbon which ties like a dream.  I made sure to tie the ribbon around my Whisper White Cardstock panel “before” I adhered to the front of my card base. 

I cut a 3-1/2″ X 3-1/2″ of Real Red Cardstock.  I cut four (4) Whisper White Cardstock squares to 1-1/2″ X 1-1/2″ and centered them on my Real Red Cardstock panel.  I cut four (4) 1-1/4″ X 1-1/4″ pieces of From My Heart Specialty Designer Series Paper and layered it over the previously cut Whisper White squares.  I adhered it to the Real Red Cardstock panel with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the beautiful heart shown on my project from the Heartfelt Stamp Set using Real Red Classic Ink on a scrap piece of Whisper White Cardstock and punch it with the Scallop Heart Punch from the Heart Punch Pack and adhered it with a couple more Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Lastly, I stamped the “love” sentiment on my scrap piece of Whisper White Cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, cut it out with my paper snips, and flagged both ends.

Don’t forget, the inside!

I love to complete my cards on the inside, do you?  I cut a piece a 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Whisper White Cardstock, then added a 3/4″ X 5″ strip of From My Heart Specialty Designer Series Paper and a 1/8″ strip of Real Red Cardstock.  I stamp my envies to absolutely complete the “look”. 🙂
