Ride With Me

I have another St. Patty’s Day card idea for you today.  I used the Ride With Me Stamp Set, which you can purchase at a bundle to receive a 10% discount, and who doesn’t love a discount right?

I started with an 8-1/2″ X 5-1/2″ piece of Night of Navy Cardstock which I scored at 4-1/4″.  I added a piece of 6″ X 6″ Neutral’s Designer Series Paper which I cut to 5″ X 3-3/4″ and adhered it to my card base with SNAIL Adhesive.  

I cut the Whisper White Layer using Nature’s Thoughts Dies and adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  

I stamped the truck image with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on a scrap piece of Whisper White Cardstock.  I colored the truck with Mint Macaron, Smoky Slate, and Basic Black Stampin’ Blends.  I fussy cut the truck and adhered it over my DSP using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the balloons from the Ride With Me Stamp Set on a scrap piece of Whisper White Cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, and fussy cut the image.  Nex,t I punched 5-each 1/2″ Circles and used some hearts I had previously cut using the Detailed Hearts Die from the 2020 Holiday Catalog with some Garden Green Cardstock.  I added 3 hearts to each 1/2″ circle with my Liquid Multipurpose Glue and then trimmed out any excess for each balloon.  I added the balloons with some Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals so they were flying from my truck.

I colored 5 small Basic Rhinestones with the Dark Call Me Clover Stampin’ Blend and added them to my balloons.  I stamped the “Have A Lucky Day” sentiment from the Itty Bitty Greetings Stamp Set using Garden Green Classic Ink on a 1/2″ X 2″ piece of Whisper White Cardstock and trimmed one end with a slant as shown in the photo.  I added the sentiment with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals as well.

I finished up the inside with a 1/2″ X 5-1/4″ strip of the Neutral’s DSP and a 1/4″ X 5-1/4″ piece of Garden Green Cardstock.  I called this project done!
