Botanical Prints Product Medley
The Botanical Prints Products Medley has everything you need to create lots of beautiful projects. I decided to use the Gorgeous Grape color in my Botanical Prints project today. Purple is my favorite color and I just love all the Stampin’ Up! purples.
Gorgeous Grape
I started my project with a piece of 8-1/2″ X 5-1/2″, scored at 4-1/4″ sheet of Gorgeous Grape Cardstock. I inked up one of the images in the Botanical Prints Stamp Set with some Gorgeous Grape Classic Ink and stamped them on the front of the card.
I cut a 2-1/2″ X 3-1/4″ piece of Basic Black Cardstock, and a 2-3/8″ X 3-1/8″ piece of the Botanical Prints DSP. I stamped the sentiment from the Botanical Prints Stamp Set on one of the die-cut pieces in the Botanical Prints Product Medley using Memento Black Ink.
Using my Gorgeous Grape and Old Olive Stampin’ Write Markers, I colored in the image on my project, and then huffed on it before I stamped it on a 2-1/4″ X 2-1/4″ Whisper White Cardstock. I cut out the image with the Botanical Prints Dies.
To pull this together I added Stampin Dimensionals to the back of the Basic Black Cardstock. and centered it on the center of my Gorgeous Grape Cardstock base. I adhered the sentiment to the center panel with my SNAIL Adhesive. I added some Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the stamped image and added it to the bottom right of the center panel. I tied a bow using the Old Olive Twill Ribbon and added it to my panel with Mini Glue Dots. Lastly, I added one of the beautiful copper metal bee embellishments.
Don’t forget the inside
I like to finish the inside of my projects, so I cut a 4″ X 5-1/4″ piece of Whisper White Cardstock and added a 1/2″ X 4″ strip of the coordinating Botanical Prints Designer Series Paper, plus a 1/2″ X 4″ piece of Gorgeous Grape Cardstock. I adhered the panel to the inside and called this project complete.
