When I purchased the Press On Stamp Set I saw how it coordinated with the Heartwarming Hugs Suite. I used the Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series Paper as well as the 3/8″ Real Red Sheer Ribbon from the Poinsettia Place Suite. I love how we can mix and match everything in our catalogs!
A Cup of Thanks
I created 4 cute notecards in preparation for the upcoming holidays. You know how busy things get with family, friends, parties, shopping and so on, I want to be prepared to send out a quick note in case I need it during this time.
I used the Note Cards & Envelopes which are so very affordable and the perfect size for a quick but thoughtful note.
Love my coffee
I adore my morning coffee, and yes some of you love your tea, or hot coca too, right? I thought this would be a cute card to send this to a friend with whom you want to catch up with and meet for some coffee.
I stamped the two different cups from the Press On Stamp Set, then stamped on a scrap piece of cardstock the center (cozy) part of the image and cut it out to use as my template for my projects. I used a pencil and marked around the Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series Paper then used my Paper Snips to cut out the little center cozy pieces for my cups.
I like the little “beam” stamp (I don’t know what else to call it 🙂 which I plan to use for a couple of other projects. The project below came together super quick, a 2″ piece of the Heartwarming Hugs DSP down the center with the beam stamped in Real Red Classic Ink. I colored the coffee cup with my Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends, and my sentiment over where the cozy would go. A quick bow and some gems from the All the Trimmings Embellishments. Super quick, yet super cute.
