Forever & Always
I can’t get enough of the Forever & Always Bundle and coordinating True Love Designer Series Paper. Today I have a created not only a card project but also a Mini Shelf Sitter Frame using the Tumbling Towers blocks I shared with you a few weeks ago. I will link the video below for you in case you missed it. I added some Clear Wink of Stella to my floral image on both projects.
True Love Designer Series Paper
I decided to use the True Love Designer Series Paper floral image above for my focal point on both projects. I fussy cut the image with my Paper Snips and colored it in using my Real Red, Cherry Cobbler, and Old Olive Stampin’ Blends.
The sentiment is cut using the coordinating Always Dies, which I cut using our Basic White and Basic Black Cardstocks.
I started with an 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ piece of Basic White cardstock which I scored at 4-1/4″ on the 8-1/2″ side. Next, I cut a piece of the polka paper from the True Love DSP at 4-1/4″ X 5-1/2″, and adhered it to my card front with my Seal+ Adhesive.
As mentioned above I used Basic White and Basic Black cardstock pieces for both sentiments. The word LOVE is cut 3 separate times from the Always Dies then adhered together before I added it to the shadow Basic Black cardstock piece. I stamped the sentiment from the Forever & Always Stamp Set with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and used my Paper Snips to create those cool edges.
Stampin’ Blends
I love using my Stampin’ Blends because it makes me look like I know what I am doing when coloring my images…. :-).
I added some white polka dots on the center of the floral images using my White Stampin’ Chalk Marker. I didn’t add any additional bling because I felt this was enough. What do you think? Is it enough or does it need some bling?
Thank you for visiting with me today, I hope I have inspired you to go create something beautiful and send it on its way.
