So Sentimental

I hadn’t made this type of card in a while, so I decided to do it today.  It’s quite simple and uses the Flowers For Every Season Designer Series Paper, So Sentimental Stamp Set, and coordinating Stitched So Sweetly Dies.

I started with my Thick Whisper White Cardstock base cut at 8-1/2″ X 5-1/2″, scored at 4-1/4″.  I then place one side of the cardstock on my Paper Trimmer and removed 1″ from one side only.

I cut the Just Jade Cardstock at 3″ X 5-1/4″, and one at 1-1/4″ X 5-1/4″.  I cut the Flowers For Every Season Designer Series Paper at 2-3/4″ X 5″ & 1″ X 5″.  I layered the DSP over the Just Jade Cardstock using my Stampin’ Seal+ Adhesive, then added the larger layer to the front left side and the smaller layer to the inside on the right-hand side.

I cut a 10″ piece of 1/4″ Magenta Madness Ribbon In Color Ribbon and adhered it to the card front using some Stampin’ Seal+ Adhesive.  I stamped the sentiment using Cinnamon Cider Classic Ink from the So Sentimental Stamp Set onto a piece of Whisper White Cardstock, then used the Stitched So Sweetly Dies to cut out the sentiment.  I added my sentiment with some Stampin’ Dimensionals and called this project done.
